Full details for the 1878 dated Morgan dollars are standard, but reflective surfaces are not. This choice Mint State Carson City dollar features very elusive deep mirror proof like surfaces and a delightful splash of gold toning to accent the cameo contrast. Hits on the cheek are less than usually seen on a Mint State 63, and the cataloger believes this coin was kept back from a higher grade due to the field marks in front of Liberty’s nose.
